Is this site connected with any software manufacturer/seller?
This site is provided by Verge Consulting, a provider of services related to Dimensions. We are not connected to any software manufacturer or seller. However, individuals working for a software manufactuer/seller are welcome to post.
Any rules or regulations I should know about?
As much as possible this site is about freely exchanging ideas, however there are a few rules.
- 1. Please keep the tone and language of your posts professional.
2. Feel free to post about problems or issues you are having with a product. However, posts that simply critize either the product or company are not acceptable.
3. Including information about other products or software in a post is acceptable. However, this site is not a place to sell or promote any product(s).
Posts not following these rules can/will be deleted. Users that continually ignore the rules wil be warned and removed if necessary.
What if I see a post that does nto follow these rules?
Please open a new thread in the "Problems" area. This post should contain the section and post title as well as a short explanation of why you believe it is in violation.
The post I want to make falls under more than one (or none) of the current sections?
We are always trying to balance ease of posting with ease of finding information. Try and see if your post doesn't fall under one category more than another or make your post in multiple sections. Also please make a post under the "Comments & Suggestions" section.
If I register do I have to post? If I don't post will my account get removed?
There is no obligation to post on this sight. However, the value of this site will be from posts. We encourge everyone to get and stay involved.
Can I use this forum if I haven't been trained/don't know how to use the product?
There is nothing to stop you, however this site is not intended as a replacement for proper instruction. Please don't use this community as a crutch.
